Allianz Claims has enhanced its division by creating a new role that will more strongly position and align its claims strategy and customer promise.
Ibi Moghraby has been appointed under the new role, head of claims strategy and customer experience. In his post, Ibi will be a part of the claims management board and alongside other members he will provide leadership and direction to steer the strategy forward.
Having progressed through the organisation as a corporate management trainee graduate in Retail, Ibi then moved into the Commercial division rising to management positions in both Birmingham and Maidstone branches, before taking the role of head of SME direct markets in Lancaster. Since then Ibi’s role changed to managing director of Allianz Business Services Ltd (ABSL) and has played a key role in implementing a broker partnerships arrangement and leading several significant projects.
