Home & Legacy Online, which has been developed with software providers Acturis, provides new and improved functionality that enables brokers to:

- Buy household policies online using an agency account, credit or debit card
- Search for existing individual customers by surname, postcode or reference to see an overview of live quotes, policy documents & claims
- Speak to a Home & Legacy underwriter or claims handler using web chat
